Driving Evidence. Transforming the Health Workforce. Advancing Equity

Why Us

Our team of faculty, researchers, and graduate students brings expertise in health economics, advanced statistical analysis, qualitative and mixed-methods research, policy analysis, and emerging AI-enabled approaches. We work across large national datasets and conduct primary data collection—including surveys, interviews, and focus groups—to generate timely, actionable evidence.

We enjoy working collaboratively with foundations, policymakers, academic institutions, health systems, and community-based organizations to co-design studies that respond to real-world questions. Whether you are seeking rigorous evaluation, policy-relevant analysis, or practical insights to inform workforce strategy, we offer flexible, multidisciplinary approaches grounded in a shared commitment to equity, well-being, and impact.
